Alpha Glass replaced a large picture window in our nook. The installers arrived slightly ahead of schedule and were very courteous and professional. They took care to clean up after the install, leaving the area in great shape. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We recently had Alpha come out and replace 4 huge windows in our a-frame. This was after one of them cracked from top to bottom, and they very quickly put us at ease that it wouldn't get worse before the replacement.They did a really thorough job coming out for the estimate and measuring everything, and also answering all the questions we had. They got back to us in a timely manner with the full quote, and came in much more reasonably price wise than other vendors we talked to.They had to custom order the windows and it took a few months before they did the job, but remained communicative. When it came time for scheduling, they explained the process and what the time commitment would be. The work actually took 2 days instead of 1 due to rain, but they were very thorough and quick to schedule the follow up day.The crew was super friendly and accommodating. They answered questions throughout the work sessions, and were very efficient and clean.100% I recommend working with Alpha Glass. We did another window and sliding glass door replacement a few years ago with a national chain and the experience was nowhere near as good as this one. Support this local company, they will really impress you.
Very fast response to replacing the shattered glass on one of my sliding patio doors. The doors are old, so it was a challenging repair. The techs, Marcos and Evan, did an excellent job installing the new glass panel and made sure the door worked properly before they left. I highly recommend them. Alpha Glass replaced a beveled mirror in a wooden frame for us. The mirror was cloudy and always looked dirty. They did a beautiful job and their customer service is outstanding.

i recently had several glass companies bid on a custom glass shower door and panel. Alpha was the only one that laser checked the shower to make sure everything was plumb and level. We had a project we were working on and one of the last pieces to be complete was replacing some old/broken glass. How to begin? We contacted Alpha and got a bid quickly. The bid was on the lower end of what 2 other groups offered. But Alpha impressed right away : office kept in touch throughout, service was immediate (despite holiday weekend), installer showed up as expected (first phone call and then right on the money on time). We had forgotten our keys but installer was kind and patient while we left to go get our keys. Our job was more problematic than expected but it didn't matter! Price was same as bid, installer was pleasant, job was awesome! We won't go anywhere else ever for any window need. They were flat out impressive.
