I recently had two picture windows installed by John and Marcos from Alpha, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were pleasant, polite, and thoroughly professional. They kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on progress. Also worth nothing, I work from home, and namely in the same room as one of the replacements. At no point was there any recognizable annoyance or discomfort with me being in the same room where I could observe the work.During the planning phase, I had l discussed with the project consultant and front office about replacing a piece of wood around the base/sill. Although this detail didn’t make it onto their instructions for the install, John and Marcos handled it with class and imposed no guilt on us for the clarification, despite an obligatory, unplanned trip to Home Depot and some extra time required.The work was done at a much more reasonable price and with much more professionalism (but with the same level of quality control) as some of the higher profile names touted as best in class (e.g., Renewal).I will definitely be working with Alpha for my next window project and would highly recommend John and Marc to anyone looking for a smooth and high-quality installation experience.

Happy with my experience. Had a Pella window break. The quote from Pella was insane and I had 2 other glass companies tell me they couldn't fix it due to the design of the window. Alpha got it done at a reasonable price.

Mike and Zach were punctual, efficient, and effective. We figured the job would take a couple of hours but they removed our old damaged window quickly and installed the new window in a flash. I think that they were in and out in less than an hour. They thoroughly cleaned up after they were done with the install as well. It's like they were never here. Great work.

We had a shower glass door which shattered and needed to be replaced. Mike and Zach came out and got everything fixed up for a reasonable price and we were very happy with the service. I would use alpha glass again.
Zack and Mike did great work on our front office window. Even though the frame of the building itself had shifted and the window opening slightly off square, they were able to order a custom glass piece and fit it to perfection.

Alpha Glass took my order on Tuesday to replace two foggy windows, three days later on Friday they called and said they were on their way to install. I am the Building Engineer for a luxury condo association in Cherry Creek. Some time ago, we had "clamshell" damage to our very large glass entry door to the lobby. We sought to get quotes and Alpha Glass was the ONLY company among many that would agree to do the work. Their price was competitive and there service was amazing. We later opted to change the pivots on these same doors and Alpha Glass took care of everything including tracking down this very particular hardware. Michael and Zack were professional, friendly, and very efficient. Can't speak highly enough about this company.

I'm sorry it took so long to write this review! I have a huge heavy glass sliding patio door (97" X 98" ) that needed repair. Most companies didn't want to touch it and be responsible if something happened. Marcos and his team were able to do it professionally and safely with ease. I'm reaching out again to do some more business with them.

I had a (finished) basement bedroom window broken by a huge slab of 2 feet of wet roof snow blowing out a window well. Alpha gave me a free estimate, showed up on time to the minute, completed the job in 90minutes, and removed the broken glass from the bedroom carpet.I would not only give them the highest available rating, but also plan to immediately give them a call if/as/when I have any window issues in future.
Exceeded expectations!!! The other glass place I called said no need to make a house call to assess a settling shower door. Advised the only option was to fabricate a new one, which would be a minimum of $1000. I called Alpha Glass & Window, resigned to the fact that I would need a new door. Tech fixed it for the price of a house call, took measurements, and promised to keep them on file on the outside chance it settles again, so we can fabricate a new one if needed, without another house call!

They did an amazing job replacing a specific window that my HOA required. The price was fair and the window looks really good. But what I really appreciate is how quickly they finished replacing my window. Would go with them again for my future window replacements.

I’ve known Skyler in a professional capacity for a few months, and he’s 100% keyed into the needs of his business and his customers. I can’t speak to the actual glasswork of this company, but if their internal dynamic is any reflection to their work, this is where my money would go.

We recently had Alpha come out and replace 4 huge windows in our a-frame. This was after one of them cracked from top to bottom, and they very quickly put us at ease that it wouldn't get worse before the replacement.They did a really thorough job coming out for the estimate and measuring everything, and also answering all the questions we had. They got back to us in a timely manner with the full quote, and came in much more reasonably price wise than other vendors we talked to.They had to custom order the windows and it took a few months before they did the job, but remained communicative. When it came time for scheduling, they explained the process and what the time commitment would be. The work actually took 2 days instead of 1 due to rain, but they were very thorough and quick to schedule the follow up day.The crew was super friendly and accommodating. They answered questions throughout the work sessions, and were very efficient and clean.100% I recommend working with Alpha Glass. We did another window and sliding glass door replacement a few years ago with a national chain and the experience was nowhere near as good as this one. Support this local company, they will really impress you.
Very fast response to replacing the shattered glass on one of my sliding patio doors. The doors are old, so it was a challenging repair. Alpha Glass replaced a beveled mirror in a wooden frame for us. The mirror was cloudy and always looked dirty. They did a beautiful job and their customer service is outstanding.

i recently had several glass companies bid on a custom glass shower door and panel. Alpha was the only one that laser checked the shower to make sure everything was plumb and level.
